Delivery

Transport

You can obtain our current transportation costs and shipping conditions with the following link: Delivery and Availability.

Please note that for delivery condition “CIP”, the customer is liable for all import duties and taxes.
For “DDP” however, we cover all import duties and costs.

Delivery Status / Tracking

The current status of your order and its tracking number can be retrieved and viewed anytime by going to your order history. You must however be logged in to use this feature.

If you do not receive shipping confirmation by your preferred delivery date, please contact sales@semikron.com.

Different Delivery Address

You have the possibility to give a different delivery address from your billing address while placing your order or by visiting your "My Account" page.

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you realize, after concluding your order, that the delivery address given is incorrect, please contact
sales@semikron.com immediately.

Complete and Partial Delivery

You have the option of selecting a complete shipment.

The prerequisite for this is that you have more than two items in the Shopping Basket. A corresponding tick or customer requirement can be selected directly in the Shopping Basket.

Please also refer to our Manual in this regard.

Prepaid orders can only be processed as complete shipments.

Return Shipments

Please bear in mind that we will not accept any return shipments or complaints without an official registration.
Please do not send any parts to our company address, as this can result in details in your return shipment process.

The quality of our products is very important to us. In case you should have problems with one of our components, please contact sales@semikron.com (and quote the order reference). Your return shipment inquiry will be processed immediately.

Export Documents/ CIS

LLE (Long-term Supplier Declaration)
An LLE (Long-term Supplier Declaration) can only be issued to you subsequently per shipment/invoice. If this is required, please contact sales@semikron.com.

Certificate of compliance/ conformity
To receive a certificate of compliance, please contact sales@semikron.com and state the product description as well as the article number.

AL/ECCN (Export License Required)
If you would like to know whether or not you require an export license for a certain product please contact us at
sales@semikron.com and give us the product description as well as the product number.<

RoHS Compliance (lead free)
All our products comply with RoHS.
